The school prides itself on students looking smart and professional within the workplace, in fact the standard of dress is often commented upon by visitors to the school.

Blue Blazer – To be worn by all students.
Tie – Blue, silver and red. To be worn by all students.
Shoes – Plain black shoes of an appropriate design for school. Shoes must be smart and made of a fabric such as leather or PVC that can be polished. Canvas shoes such as Vans, Converse, boots, coloured laces, trainers or Nike Airforce shoes are not permitted.
Only in medical circumstances will alternative footwear be considered. If your child attends the Foot Health Service and requires a specific shoe type/fitting, please supply a letter from the Foot Health Service to support your request for your child to wear alternative footwear.
Earrings – One pair of small studs only – No sleepers or dangling earrings. No flesh holes or horn style earrings, nose, lip, eyebrow sleepers or temporary piercings. Earrings which stretch holes in the ear beyond the normal range of traditional earrings are not allowed. Students will be asked to remove all unacceptable piercings.
Rings – Plain type.
Facial Jewellery is not allowed under any circumstances.
Mobile phones, iPods/music devices are not allowed in school. The school accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to any of these items. If they are seen or heard in school they will be confiscated.
Skirt – Black knee length straight style.
Trousers – Black tailored school type.
Shirt – Plain white, classic shirt with collar (not blouse).
Socks/Tights – Black/white socks only or plain tights.

Shorts, t-shirts, tracksuits, socks, sweatshirts and jerseys have been specifically designed for the school and can be ordered and purchased from Ron Flowers and Clemmy’s.
Swimming – Trunks for boys and a one piece costume for girls. Swim caps available for pupils with long hair.
Footwear – The minimum requirement is a pair of trainers or pumps. In addition parents may consider purchasing a pair of astro trainers and football boots for school team players.
Other – Students may also wear shin pads if they wish for certain sports.
All students who opt to study a sports course in Key Stages 4 and 5 are required to purchase a Heath Park tracksuit and polo shirt. These can be purchased through the PE Department and Premier Sports.
Post 16 students are expected to wear smart business-wear black suits; trousers, jackets and a sixth form tie for male students and either black skirts or tailored trousers with jackets for female students.
