Central Learning Partnership Trust (CLPT) is a highly effective, expanding Multi-Academy Trust. We currently have two high performing secondaries, Heath Park and Moseley Park, with outcomes placing both schools in the top 5% nationally.  We are unrelenting in our determination to provide the highest quality learning experiences for our students.  With additional schools soon to join CLPT we are building leadership capacity at all levels in order to effectively support our learning partnerships.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Inclusion.  This is an exciting opportunity providing enormous scope to support and further develop our young people.

This position is aimed at an energetic and innovative practitioner to drive the further development of ‘scholarly behaviours’. The post holder needs to be an effective team player in ensuring the highest standards and expectations in teaching, learning, experiences and leadership.  The Assistant Headteacher needs to be creative, highly motivated and independently minded, with the capacity to enthuse and inspire young people and colleagues.

This is an exciting opportunity to have a central responsibility for Inclusion, PSHE and SMSC at Moseley Park School, whilst working with professional partners across the Trust to further develop provision for all young people. Salary: NJC scale 3-5 depending on experience

We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring professional to join our highly successful team at Heath Park School as an Information, Advice and Guidance Co-ordinator.

The position is suitable for candidates with experience of education or industry.

The successful candidate will support Year 10 and Year 12 students, initially, to successfully participate in the school’s work experience programme and assist in the organisation of careers events and other careers activities both in and outside of school.

Heath Park and Moseley Park are highly effective schools with outcomes placing both schools in the top 10% nationally.  Working in partnership within the Central Learning Partnership Trust, we are unrelenting in our determination to provide the highest quality learning experiences for our students.  We have a joint Sixth Form offering a broad curriculum provision including A-Level Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

We are seeking to appoint two talented and creative scientists to the post of Lead Practitioners within each school.  This is an exciting opportunity providing enormous scope to support and further develop the work of the existing team and to also work as professional partners, sharing best practice and improvement strategies across the two schools.

This position is aimed at an energetic and innovative practitioner to work as an effective team player to ensure the highest standards and expectations in teaching, learning and leadership.  The Lead Practitioner needs to be creative, highly motivated and independently minded, with the capacity to enthuse and inspire young people and colleagues.

The position of Lead Practitioner is an exciting opportunity to have a central responsibility for developing, leading and directing learning experiences for young people and professional development opportunities for trainee and experienced teachers.

The post holder must be an exceptional classroom practitioner and the key aspects of the role will include:

  • Modelling quality first teaching
  • Supporting and developing teachers / departments to ensure all learners achieve or exceed their potential
  • Ensuring effective curriculum provision and exciting learning experiences
  • Enhancing the breadth of provision in all key stages
  • Working with partner schools within the Trust to establish ‘learning hubs’
  • Contributing to the work within the Teaching School to ensure highly effective mentors, quality experiences for trainees and developing teachers and creating personalised CPD programmes
