Years 7-9 visited the Botanical Gardens in Birmingham last week where they learnt about the importance of the rainforests of the world and how different plants are used around the globe for advancements in STEM. They got to handle rare and exotic animals and learn of their importance in their respective ecosystems. The Gecko was very slimey!
