Hearts for Homes Spreads Hope and Joy

We were delighted to be able to get involved in the Hearts for Homes campaign, where students from Heath Park and the residents from New Cross Care Home exchanged messages of much needed hope and joy over the Christmas.

We want to take the opportunity to wish a heartfelt Merry Christmas to all the residents living locally in care homes- let’s hope 2021 brings peace and love to all.
