NHS – Working during the Pandemic
Debbie Allport, a Senior Sister working for the NHS, visited Health & Social Care students sharing her inspiring career journey with them. The presentation was also very useful for the students’ Unit 2 exam, ‘Working in Health & Social Care. Debbie gave an insight into the demands of working in the NHS during the pandemic, which she considers to be a privilege. Students were also made aware of the key skills and qualities that are necessary for a career in nursing.
