The University of Wolverhampton Visits Post 16

Staff visited from University of Wolverhampton (School of Education), speaking to Post 16 Health & Social Care students about a range of degree courses.

Degree courses give students the knowledge and experience of accessing a wide variety of professions working with children, their families and the services that support them, in both education and social contexts; alternatively students can complete postgraduate courses and train as teachers or social workers.

These degrees at University of Wolverhampton offer various assessments (excluding exams).  There is also the opportunity for work placements, which are highly valuable.

Staff spoke about the following courses:

  • Childhood & Family Studies
  • Special Educational Needs Disability & Inclusion Studies
  • Education Studies

If you are interested in finding out more about the above degrees, there is an open day at Walsall campus on 16th November 2019.
