“Pupils’ personal development is a significant strength of provision. Pupils, from the youngest to those in the sixth form, are rightly proud of the many leadership opportunities on offer to them. These pupils meet regularly with the leadership team to ensure pupils’ voices stays at the heart of decision-making” (Ofsted, 2025)
At Heath Park, we believe that leadership is a skill that can be nurtured and developed in students of all ages. Our Student Leadership Programme is designed to equip young individuals with the tools, knowledge, and experiences needed to become impactful leaders in their communities, schools, and beyond.
At Heath Park, our Student Leadership Team plays a vital role in fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive school environment.
