FINANCE ASSISTANT 

14 to 20 Hours per week, Term Time Only

CLPT Scale 7 (FTE £19,544) to CLPT Scale 17 (FTE £23,836) pro rota

 We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our busy administration team.

You will act as the first point of contact for purchasing and invoicing matters in the school as delegated by the Business Manager. The role will be based at Heath Park School and the hours will be determined at the interview. The role will assist the Business Manager to fulfil their responsibility in matters relating to internal financial control, school budget and financial systems as required. Responsibilities will include compliance with all statutory regulations and procedures.

Main Duties will include;

  • To process all orders and requests for goods & services for the school
  • To receive all goods and services into the school and make appropriate arrangement for the correct recording and distribution as required.
  • Process all invoices ready for payment.
  • To process all Parent Pay transactions and queries
