What is Arbor?
Arbor is an all-in-one platform that helps streamline communication between the school and parents/carers. Through Arbor, you can access vital information about your child’s education, including:
- Attendance records
- Academic progress
- Timetables
- Upcoming events and key dates
- Important school announcements

How to access Parent Portal

How to Access the Student Portal
There are two ways to access the Student Portal:

Arbor Pay
Arbor Pay is a secure platform that allows you to manage all payments for your child with the school through the Arbor Parent Portal.
Making a payment is straightforward and Arbor holds a payment history for you to view later; no card details are stored in any part of the system either at the school or on the Arbor platform. Once you have activated your Parent Portal account you can make online payments straight away.
To use the Arbor Parent app for payments, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Arbor Parent app either using a computer or a mobile device and select the child you want to manage.
- Click on the Payments button to view your child’s account details and outstanding balances.
- To top up an account, click the Top up account button and enter the amount you wish to pay.
- You can also view previous payments by clicking on Invoices in the Payments section.

Getting Started
If you’re new to Arbor, you will receive an invitation from the school to create your account. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your login details. Once you’re registered, you can log in via the portal or app using your credentials.
