‘Brilliant’ Heath Park Students Graduate At Oxford

This week, 12 of our highest-performing Year 10 students had a memorable graduation ceremony at Oxford University, in order to celebrate their incredible achievements this term.
The students undertook a project as part of the Brilliant Club, an organisation which has worked with over 13,000 students nationally and aims to raise aspirations of the most able. The students worked with a PhD tutor (Emilia Moisio) to produce 2000-word dissertations that were marked at A Level standard, and then graded in a degree-style format. This was extremely challenging work that was mostly completed in the students’ own time, making it a fantastic achievement – one that was rightly celebrated.
The Graduation Ceremony took place at Wadham College, Oxford on a gloriously sunny day, making it the perfect setting to celebrate a truly special group. Congratulations from all at Heath Park, and we know it won’t be the last graduation day for this ‘Brilliant’ bunch.
They are: Nabogama Assumani, Jake Downes, Divanshi Devi, Jessica Davies, Anoop Dhillon, Erin Edwards, Sophie Gaunt, Saied Khan, Rahul Kumar, Isobelle Payne, Simran Sandhu and Jack Turner
