CLPT vs SUA 7–1 win

CLPT produced a dominant home performance against SUA, securing a convincing 7–1 victory in a well controlled and effective match ⚽.

The opening goal came inside two minutes when Brodie reacted sharply in the box to finish after a well delivered ball from Leo. CLPT continued the pressure and got 2-0 up with Isaac finishing confidently in only the 5th minute. The pressure remained constant, as Isaac added his second goal in the 35th minute following a pass from Sam. Brodie then came in with his second goal of the match in the 39th minute, the assist coming from a corner delivered by Liam.

SUA managed to pull one goal back in the 31st minute where the defence wasn’t as tight as it should have been, but CLPT responded well and remained composed, limiting further chances and maintaining control through the middle of the pitch.

The second half was a great continuation of the first half and started to use their bench more frequently and effectively. Liam extended the lead in the 67th minute with a calmly taken penalty, after Nemo added another in the 66th minute. Pranjal scored the last goal of the match in the 81st minute, finishing confidently after a pass from Sam out wide.
