COACHBRIGHT Programme Graduation – University of Wolverhampton
To celebrate the successful completion of the CoachBright Mentoring Programme, a group of our Year 7 and Year 12 students visited the University of Wolverhampton for a special enrichment day.
The visit gave students a fantastic opportunity to further their academic development and experience university life. Year 12s took part in a focused personal statement writing workshop, helping them reflect on their goals and begin crafting strong university applications.
Meanwhile, Year 7s attended an engaging session with Professor Mark O’Shea, a world-renowned herpetologist and expert in anti-venom research. His inspiring talk offered a fascinating insight into the world of zoology.
After enjoying a well-earned lunch, both groups toured the university campus, gaining valuable insight into the facilities and life as a student.
The day concluded with a special graduation ceremony, where all students proudly received certificates to recognise their hard work and achievement.
A big thank you to Jasmin from CoachBright, Paula from the University of Wolverhampton, and all staff and ambassadors involved for making this experience so memorable!
