Easter Revision Support for Year 11

As we move into the final stretch before the summer examinations, we are pleased to share a range of Easter revision opportunities designed to support our Year 11 students. These sessions (both in school and online) are led by our subject specialists and provide valuable, targeted preparation.

In‑School Easter Timetable:

We will be running a series of in‑school revision sessions over the Easter break. These are bespoke lessons delivered by subject specialists to help reinforce key knowledge and exam skills.

• Please encourage your child to attend as these sessions are tailored to the needs of Year 11 learners.
• Some students may have been specifically invited to certain sessions based on their progress or teacher recommendations.
• Important: session times do not follow the normal school day, so please check the timetable carefully to ensure your child arrives and is collected at the correct times.

Online Easter Schedule:

Alongside the in‑school programme, a range of online revision sessions will take place through the Year 11 Microsoft Teams group.

• These sessions are led by the same subject specialists and provide a flexible way for students to revise from home.
• We strongly encourage students to join these live sessions whenever possible.
• The Geography department has uploaded and emailed a pre‑recorded revision session, which students can access at any time during the break.

Revision by Subject Document

To support independent study, we have created a Revision by Subject document. This valuable resource includes:

• Links to recommended websites
• Subject‑specific videos and tutorials
• Past papers and mark schemes
• Additional revision tools curated by teachers

This has been emailed to all students and parents and can also be accessed on the Year 11 Teams group.

Revision Timetable Template

Effective revision starts with good organisation. To help with this, we have provided a PDF revision timetable template.

A helpful first step might be to map out:

• The in‑school sessions

• Personal study time
