Half-Term Activities with Reflexions

Game and Chill: For families and friends to spend time together, play board games and connect and meet new people. Over 13’s do not have to be in attendance with an adult.

Boxercise and Dance sessions –  young people don’t have to go to both, they can come to one or the other!

All sessions are aimed at increasing ‘Activity’ and therefore boosting mood, purpose and enjoyment through the holidays. Our physical activity sessions are in turn a great opportunity to destress. Please share this with your schools and students who you feel may benefit from them! All sessions are free!

About Reflexions

Reflexions provide preventative and early intervention mental health support within Education Settings for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

We work with children and young people who may need support with:

  • Presentations related to anxiety/worry or low mood
  • Sleep difficulties in the context of anxiety or low mood
  • Anxiety/avoidance
  • Panic attacks
  • Parent-led intervention for support with child or young person’s symptoms relating to anxiety
  • Support in understanding emotions and managing relationships with emotions
