Mental Health and Wellbeing Apps

We are always concerned, along with you, in protecting and promoting the good mental health of all of our school community, and one way of doing this is by looking for help online or on apps available to support us.  This is a short guide to how to go about making a good and safe choice here, and about what to look for to be confident that we’re using things that are helpful and that don’t just start causing other problems.

This won’t recommend particular support to you but it will help you make decisions about what might be more or less helpful. As is often the case, perhaps the most important advice comes at the end – Encourage open communication.  The more we all talk to each other about these things the better we will all be.
