Paragon Gym Careers Trip
Heath Park’s Year 11 & 10 students recently had the exciting opportunity to visit Paragon Gym, gaining firsthand experience of a professional fitness environment. This visit gave students a unique insight into how a modern gym operates and highlighted the wide range of career opportunities available in the fitness and wellness industry.
During the visit, students were able to:
•Explore the gym facilities, from state-of-the-art equipment to functional training areas.
•Observe fitness professionals at work, learning about personal training, group classes, and wellness programs.
•Ask questions about career paths, including roles in fitness training, nutrition, sports therapy, and gym management.
•Experience hands-on activities, giving them a real feel for the practical skills required in the industry.
