Students Coached by England’s World Cup winning Captain Joe Root
A small group of Heath Park students were given an amazing opportunity to meet England’s World Cup winning International cricket captain Joe Root.
On Monday 30th September he was invited by the University of Wolverhampton to unveil a new building at the Walsall Campus. Joe Root spent time coaching our students whilst also batting and bowling against them. As you can see from the photos our students clearly enjoyed this unforgettable experience.
