Year 9 & 10 Trip to Broadlands Golf Driving Range

Our students recently enjoyed another exciting visit to Broadlands Driving Range, giving them the opportunity to develop their golf skills, build confidence, and experience a sport that many had not previously tried.

The trip provided a fantastic chance for students to step outside the classroom and take part in a practical sporting activity in a fun and supportive environment.

For some students, it was their second visit to Broadlands, and it was great to see how much their confidence and ability had improved since the last trip. Others were trying golf for the very first time and quickly discovered how enjoyable—and challenging—the sport can be.

Throughout the session, students demonstrated excellent behaviour, enthusiasm and resilience. They encouraged one another, celebrated successful shots and showed a willingness to learn new skills. The visit also highlighted the importance of physical activity, concentration and perseverance, all of which are key qualities both in sport and in everyday life.

As always, Broadlands Driving Range provided a welcoming environment and a memorable experience for our students. We would like to thank their team for their continued support and look forward to returning again in the future.
