Heath Park Prefects Win Wolverhampton Healthy Futures Challenge

Six of our Heath Park School Prefects proudly represented the school at the Wolverhampton Healthy Futures Challenge held at Molineux Stadium. The event brought together students from schools across the city to work collaboratively on creative solutions to promote healthier lifestyles among young people.

The challenge required students to develop a campaign concept that would encourage young people to make positive choices around health and wellbeing. Working under pressure and against the clock, our prefects demonstrated outstanding teamwork, creativity and leadership as they developed an innovative idea for a podcast and blog platform, complete with a professional pitch and original logo design.

After presenting their concept to an expert judging panel, the Heath Park team were delighted to be announced as the overall winners of the competition. Their idea was praised for its creativity, relevance and ability to engage young people through platforms they regularly use.

Throughout the day, students also had the opportunity to hear from health professionals, take part in interactive activities and network with other young people from across Wolverhampton.

We are incredibly proud of our prefects for representing Heath Park School so positively. Their success reflects not only their creativity and communication skills but also their commitment to making a difference within the local community.

Congratulations to all six students on this fantastic achievement!
