Mary Poppins 2022
‘Mary Poppins 2022 was a HUGE Success! The students began the process in July 2021 with auditions taking place and casts confirmed. Rehearsals got underway in September and although we have had challenges with staff and students off with Covid, we managed to pull together and create something amazing! We are all so very proud of all the students involved.
A huge thank you goes out to the wonderful community of parents, guardians, staff and friends of those involved who purchased tickets and ensured our cast had three wonderful evening audiences. On Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd March, we also invited local primary schools to attend matinee performances and we were all so impressed with their professionalism and for being such fantastic audience members, we hope to see you all again very soon!
Miss Pearson would also like to extend her gratitude to her colleagues Miss Leary, Mr Johnson and Mrs Creighton for their commitment to the project and their ongoing support of the team of students involved. It has taken a lot of dedication from everyone to pull it off, but I think it’s safe to say – We smashed it and we are immensely proud!’
